I love these Cobalt Blue Flower Dangles! The colors shift a bit when the beads are hit by light. Look at the difference between the two photos here. The shot of the earrings hanging from the rod shows the earrings in outdoor sunlight; the photo on the torn jeans was shot indoors under artificial light. I think it’s fun to know that the colors will change depending on the environment someone is in whilst wearing them.
I also get a retro vibe with these. Think 1960’s Flower Power! Flower Power was a slogan used during the late 1960s and early 1970s as a symbol of passive resistance and nonviolence. Hippies (Google is your friend if you don’t understand this reference!) embraced the symbolism by dressing in clothing with embroidered flowers and vibrant colors, wearing flowers in their hair, and distributing flowers to the public, becoming known as Flower Children.
